What if someone doesn't receive their email?
No sweat. The dashboard has a participant lookup page where anyone can enter both organiser and participant emails to find their assignment. You can also manually resend emails.
Can I change the draw after sending?
Yes — the organiser dashboard lets you swap assignments between participants even after emails are sent. Recipients get an updated email automatically.
How many people can participate?
Anywhere from 2 to 200. We've seen offices of 150 people use KlausPicks without a hitch.
